Paul is a practicing solicitor with over 30 years experience and currently specialises in private client work advising on a wide range of residential and commercial conveyancing acting for both Vendors and Purchasers. He also specialises in Wills and Probate work including advising on Inheritance Tax planning.
He believes in providing a reliable and responsive service to clients which speedily addresses their cares and concerns. As well as being flexible in adapting to a clients specific needs and changing conditions. With his extensive experience Paul has helped and assisted numerous clients over many years.
In the field of conveyancing the trend has been for some firms to commoditise this service as evidenced by the increase in the "Conveyancing Factories". However for the vast majority of people buying and selling their home remains the biggest financial transaction they will enter into during their lives. Many people prefer the reassurance of an experienced lawyer looking after their sale or purchase trusting him to look after their best interests.
In his work in administering estates, sorting out the Will or advising on an intestacy where there is no will, Paul has helped many families through difficult times giving them help and support when it is most needed.
